hehe im having the same dilemma: get a better soundcard as i do about 75% of listening from the pc, or buy (build) a meta or something. just that i only got cheapy ms1's.
i will say this though: my current soundcard (hercules fortissimo 3) cannot drive grados at all, it is amazing the difference in soundstage and impact when playing them out of even a 10 yr old walkman, despite it not having any treble (probably makes the grados sound better like that
)

The Revo is a good choice and will drive your headphones well.
That said if I could do it again I'd go with an M-Audio AudiophileUSB. Little more but but power supply, less of the problems with being inside the case and of course better headphone section.
The next level up from here is pretty far though, ~$700+ so this isn't that much considering the benefit. The other costlier route is... M-Audio DIO2496, OPTICAL, DAC, amp. Better but little costly. If you go COAX you need something to clean the crap off the signal. Sound cards have amazingly low data jitter but an incredibly high amount of electrical jitter. Optical has the advantage of being electrically non-existant so only the data comes across. So why no Revo? No optical
