Do all MP3 CD players have wimpy headphone outputs?

Panasonic should make a portable hard drive mpc/pac/wav player using high quality 20bit DACs plus line out, rather not have the headphone out, battery should be rechargeable lead-acid. Digitally sign this petition.

The CD/CDR/CDRW/MP3 PCDP from Denver has a 20mW amp.

I am thinking about buying one...

Mr Rio SP250 runs Ety ER-6 at a comfortable level at less than half of the available volume. Line out and headphone out are identical, even to the point of volume control applying to both.
