Hi,i´m a new member from Argentina.
Finally i got my Triple.fi and i dissapointed about sound.
Trebles are poor and mid-bass strong.
I´m wondering if the phones have any factory deffect.
Please, see my photo, and tell me if your Triple.fi looks similar.
In my pic, some kind of green material seems to be inside one channel.
Is this ok?
I would appreciate your help.
Sincerely thank you
Greetings
Mario (sorry my english)

No the green does not look right. Also, perhaps it is a bad picture but the housing that your thumb is covering up looks green?? Is that correct? UE has never made green TFPro's, only metallic blue.

It could be the reflection of the thumb - It is difficult to say. However, I notice that there is what looks like a clear plastic area on the left hand side of the phone as we look at it (IE, sort of NW from the UE logo as we look) Again, this might be an aberration in the pic. EDIT: Could well just be a reflection from the finger

Perhaps the poster is able to provide more pics?

Didn't see any material that shouldn't belong there. All I see is a clean tube with the red and the green filters inside (yes, those are filters). It looks fine.

To me, TF10 should sound like good treble and bass with slight airy and recessed mid. Are both side sound the same? Are you sure your source is ok? (also, what kind of headphone you use before?)

That green is there with mine too. You should be able to see it clearly in the pic. But there's nothing dodgy about it. I got mine directly from Amazon UK, so they're definitely legit!

Can confirm that mine have the green thing aswell. Ordered from HiFi headphones so I'm pretty sure they're real. Might be a change implmented with the new packaging (just bough mine 2 - 3 weeks ago)

Interesting. Where / when did you get yours?
