I'm looking for some good headphones in blue. The only affordable ones I've found are Skullcandy SK Pros with a $150 price tag. Are there any cheaper ones out there? (Is a newb when it comes to cans)

panasonic rp-htx7 are available in blue and only cost about $40. Some people like them - I haven't heard them.

why do they need to be blue colored?
