My niece dropped my DS lite hard a few months ago, and I've noticed the top screen wobbles back and forth a bit when I move the system. Is this normal or is it a result of the drop?

Parallel, like if you were opening/closing the system.

Everything in my DS feels solid. Nothing moves except for opening the lid. I think it is the result of the fall.

Theres a little bit of wobbling in mine, but it's a japanese system that I got on launch, and it got to me that way. It's solid when it's open though....

If you shake it a bit, does it wobble noticeably?

Damn, I hope you're wrong... it's not exactly a big deal, but still irks me. I'd whoop my niece's butt if she weren't seven feet tall with razor sharp teeth...

Just wear plate mail and you'll be fine. Just... dont shake your DS while you're playing it?

I'm pretty sure it's not, got when the lite first came out.

Or that they're used very often, as my DS Lite has developed the same wobble after using it intensely for a couple of years (gotta play Mario Kart and practice snaking 24/7).
