I am looking to add an amp and a pair of quality over the head cans to my new Sony. I listen eight plus hours a day and want the best audio experience I can afford.
I listen to ALL types of music, unfortunately however years of working in night clubs have left me with the need for serious bass. Not so much a need as it is desire, but you know what I am getting at. Basically I need the accuracy of lets say grado sr325i's plus deep shake your head bass.
I would prefer to use the DAP non amped however I realize my requirements will dictate the need for one. I work in a noisy environment so I am not sure if I can get away with using open cans. Yeah I am that picky I want a big sound stage too.
Oh, and the kicker. Can I do it under $400?
