Pro Walkman Vs. Vintage PCDP

Does anyone have any opinion on how a vintage Sony WM-D6C "Pro Walkman" compares in quality to a top tier vintage pcdp such as the Denon Dcp-150, the Philips AZ6819, or the top vintage Sonys? I read on an outside thread the opinion that this portable walkman compares favorably with top home 2-head units. Anyone?
