i ordered some er6 filters and foamies from them and its already been 6 days. how is the reputation of etymotic? i sent them emails asking about my order but they didn't reply. but my credit card has been deducted. i can't stick with these ****ty cheapos any much longer. i miss the isolation. damn. the etys are ADDICTIVE.

Etymotic is not lightning fast on email replies, but in my experience, and I know many others as well, they are awesome to deal with. If you're worried, try calling them.

When I purchased my filters, the filters were shipped to my apartment before I got my email confirmation.
