I believe it is. I ordered a pair about a week and a half ago and it worked. I suspect it hasn't changed in that short time.

There's an easy way to find out. Just go through the checkout and input the coupon. Before finalizing the order, it will give you a summary showing the updated price of $25.00 (yes I just tried this and it works).
