Ok just a few days ago I ran into the problem of my pc no detecting my Zen Micro, so after some messing around I was able to fix it. Follow these steps and you should have your Micro back up and running.

Steps to Recovery:

Go to desktop>right-click My Computer

Then go to the Hardware Tab>Click Device Manager

Go down the list and look for Zen Micro (there should be a question mark next to it)

Right Click on it> Then Click Reinstall Divers

Let Windows look for it own driver (this may take some time but should fix it)


This should fix the problem.
