What would you do with the board if you had it? ExpressPCB's software requires that you order board from ExpressPCB, which is in the US. Furthermore, getting just a few prototype-quality boards from them will cost you about $60. You could buy lots of META42 boards for that price.

If you really want to make your own boards, I suggest that you get a copy of EAGLE and order boards from a Malaysian independent board house. I've heard bad things about Custom PCB, though, so don't use them. I'm sure there are many other local board houses to choose from, however.

As for libraries, yes, it will take you some time to create your own libraries. Such is life.

Tangent, is there an easier way for me to complete the payment to you for the Meta?

You almost talked me into opening a BIllpoint account just to accommodate you, but then I read this:

http://billpoint.com/help/buyerguide/transition.html#7

Basically, BIllpoint is being shut down, and will be competely unavailable in a couple of months. You can't open a new account now even if you want to.

If you have another option, let me know, but let's take this offline, okay? Send me an email if you have any other ideas for working this out.

I created most of the custom parts we use for our boards. Send email to morsel@elvencraft.com and I will send you my layout and schematic parts libraries for ExpressPCB and ExpressSCH. Hopefully this will not result in a deluge of email.
