You will really have to try it out for yourself as this subject is highly debated.

I have considered the Iron Lung Jellyfish cables because you get two for $40. So I would have one for my amp and one for my DAC. I have read great things about the cables too. Do you guys like the Iron Lung Jellyfish?

I have used several Jellyfish cords and find them to work great. I use and have tried a number of different power cords over the past few years and will say for the price I think the Jellyfish cords are a great. The only issue is power cords can be somewhat system specific and it is generally recommended to use a shielded cord with digital components, such as the element mentioned above, but in some systems - like mine for example - non-shielded ones like the Jellyfish work better. Regardless, for the price I think they're a great cord.

That said I personally like the DIY versions of VH Audio's cables for my taste.

to be true... no one knows if "YOU" can tell the difference or not... just try it for your self. Most of the cable company allow you to return their cable afterwards if you are not satisfy.

Actually, a test established that people couldn't tell the difference. I will say, though, that one test is not enough.

It is an "evil" kind of test, so if anyone wants to see it or discuss it, PM me.

Volex 17604 is shielded and somewhere on par with Jellyfish.
You can check out comparison of two here

under Volex review section.

The Iron Lung Jellyfish looks suspiciously like a hospital grade power cord.  Good grief they're going for USD 60!  I'm using hospital grade power cords simply for the aesthetic and build quality (check out local Electronics Surplus store!)   - did notice a slightly lower noise floor with AMP but that could easily be faulty OEM cord.  Saw an interesting thread on not putting DAC and AMP on same power conditioner so that's next up to see if it makes any difference.  [My power is awful so have conditioners on all my AV equipment which has eliminated all sorts of quirky issues - weird noises, devices losing sync etc.].
