The touch one looks interesting. For me if i can listen to music and surf the web at the same time in the house thats cool. On the other hand I have speakers and a laptop....

I only care about sound quality and iPods usually aren't the best so it's nearly irrelevent to me. It seems the more they pack in, the worst the quality gets IMO. I don't use a lot of space since I manage my songs weekly with only 1GB of space so any of these models would do. If I wanted to put all my music on there, I couldn't since 160GB is still not enough to have all of it. I'm most interested in the touch only for the photo application. It would be most impressive to show potential clients.

160 GB classic looks like the only promising option for me here. The touch looks cool, but from my perspective, it would be a downgrade from my 4G 20 GB iPod (make with the space - what gives?).

Nano doesn't interest me much, and this one just looks awkward. Shuffle is just what it is, obviously. :shrugs:

(um, wrong folder?)

If the nano came in 40G - Hell the ipod touch too, it would be worth it to me.

Sadly it stops at 8Gb....

There's no 16GB nano, the biggest model comes with 8Gb only.

The fact that there's "touch" written next to "iPod" didn't strike you as odd?

What you mean is the iPod touch. Completly different model.

EDIT: no problemo

I think the lack of HD on the iPod touch is gonna haunt them more than they think. Sure the iPod touch is super thin, but I'd rather have 160gigs than quarter of an inch thinner. It's gonna fit in my pocket either way.

Exactly, I should have been more specific. If I get a new 160GB classic, they'll come out with 160GB touchscreen after Christmas! Ugghhhh!
