That's an interesting question especially if one own's Andrew Manze's Solo & Double Violin Concertos as I do as well.

 
Both albums have virtually the same choice of tracks. Good Baroque fare. Take Concerto for 2 violins, strings & continuo in D minor , BWV 1043. Meyers' is lighter with more instrument separation. Manze's is more robust with a fuller sound. I'm A-B'ing them right now. 
 
Get the Meyers album, but do give the Manze a listen.
