Hi guys I just got the px100. Not exactly an upgrade from the e4c, but I still got it for fun seeing how people said it would be "warm/fun sounding".

I wanted to get black ones but they only had white ones (=_="). The white ones look good but its too flashy for my taste.

First impressions... fart is fun

The bass was ... overwhelming especially after being used to the e4c sound signature. IMO it was practically farting bass uncontrollably. e4c was like holding back most of the fart inside while letting suitable amounts leak out. But hey, fart is always good fun.

px100 really helped me see what crucial things the e4c was missing. Soundstage. The e4c is up close and personal pumping music directly into your eardrums making it very fatiguing to listen to for long hours. The music sounds trapped in the ears... leaving my ears with no room to "breathe".

Another annoying thing about IEMs is the phonics (not all, but e4c is one of them)... you'd have to sit pretty still to not get any phonics. Yes you could hook it up around your ears but it's a pain to put on and get a good seal.

So for now... I'll be using px100 for home use. Just simply put it on and enjoy music. e4c for outside use when isolation is important.

Cheers. Now back to enjoy my new phones
