Klipsch Promedia from me. I've own one... for close to 4 years already without any problem. In fact it is now being used as a TV speakers. =) The sub has never been off except for a very short duration. YMMV. One of my friend klipsch sub did blow the fuse but it was pretty easy to fix.

I've owned the Logitech z540 last time as well but I think klipsch is a more musical sounding speaker when compare to Logitech. Logitech is more like.. a movie, and gaming speakers rather than for music.

While you are at it, see if you can have any luck with Monsoon. =) Use to own them but think they have since been discontinued. Fantastic flat speaker if u ask me.

i like the promedia's as well. at best buy, i listened to the 2 mentioned speaker systems side by side for a short while. the promedias sounded more refined to me, with less pronounced bass and crisper highs, but both were decent in sound quality. i promptly went home and bought the promedias from dell.com for <$100.

The logitechs sound good once you notch their mids by around 3 db.
