I'm looking for headphones to use with my ipod for walking around, riding the subway, etc. I don't want to block out all outside noise, as that doesn't seem too safe (so ety's are not the answer). I don't like earbuds. I mainly listen to rock (from the '70s and '80s) and jazz (from the '50s).
From reading *many* other posts, the Sony Eggo D66's appear to be the best bet (at least, in the sub-$100 range). Am I missing something?
