I'm thinking of getting the 5th gen iMod from Vinnie, but wanted to make sure that I can listen to a live show without any pauses between the tracks. I tape a lot of live music and have read that up until the 5th gen iPod that there was no way to avoid gaps between tracks.
Also, are there any direct comparisons/reviews of the iMod vs. a 1k priced cd player?
