If you're talking to me, it's too early to tell for sure, but I like it so far. For life is hard to tell. In the field of technology/gadgets, something more amazing comes along all too often.

My pc never crashes, never freezes, never gets viruses, trojans, adware, spyware... the problem with your pc is u must look at **** on it and you own a crappy pc. Honestly if u people got a good pc u wouldnt have these problems. instead you get stupid, buy a mac and then boast how a $2000 mac is better than a $200 pc. No wonder...

once you get one not just play with it at a store use it for a month it has
a learning curve it will be hard to go back and if you are not happy it will
at least let you run windows in parallel or bootcamp.

The point is that a Mac doesn't require taking care of for stuff like that.

I don't even "take care" of my windows install or run an anti virus and my only crashes are when my overclock is unstable

And OS X doesn't feel bloated? If you want to tweak ANYTHING, well... you can't.

*Laughs* It's Unix... everything on OS X is tweakable.

As one example... just try to customize the Windows SP2 firewall. Compare that with ipfw's powerful rules.

How and why did this have to become an OS X vs Windows debate? Argh....

I thought head-fi got over these types of threads a couple of years ago!

Mention Bose or Mac, and it turns into a war.

That's not a bash on Mac, it's just the nature of the threads. Bose is still horrid and Mac is respectable
