I wonder whether anyone is adding Irish Whiskey, Brandy, Rum,
Tequila, Kahlua or ... to his/her coffee?
What are your recipes?

Here are some well-known.

Irish Coffee (See the picture above)
1 sugar cube
1 oz. Irish Whiskey
Fill your coffee mug with hot coffee

Irish Coffee - Modern Version
1/2 oz. Bailey's
1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
Fill your coffee mug with hot coffee

Spanish Coffee
1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. Brandy
Fill your coffee mug with hot coffee

Mexican Coffee
1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Kahlua
Fill your coffee mug with hot coffee

Coffee Royale
1 oz. Brandy
Fill your coffee mug with hot coffee
Lemon twist. Optionally sugar.

Jamaican Coffee
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Tia Maria
Fill your coffee mug with hot coffee

My current favourite is (from the label on Kahlua bottle):
Add 1 1/2 parts Kahlua to your favourite cup of coffee.
(Kahlua coffee - see below.)

Do you top your 'Enhanced Coffee' with whipped cream?

The coffee at my school is so light I drink it black. Otherwise Irish Cream from that International Coffee brand... thing....

Does anyone else enjoy real pure maple syrup in their coffee? I find it adds a great new flavour that can also go well with some rums and bourbon.

I'll drink just about anything if it has coffee in it (I think I'm the only person outside of Coca-Cola R&D that likes Coke Black), but for an alcoholic coffee, it has to have Frangelico.
