I Go to UCSB and live in santa Barbara, CA (isla vista to be more exact) and my roomate just got back to Santa barbara and just told me that we got robbed. It had to of happen before christmas and we got out on nov. 15
I am offering a $500.00 reward if anyone finds my stuff for sale. (ebay? craigs list?) Luckly i just recently sold my orpheus and I took home the rest of my headphone gear for home use so none of that got jacked.
Heres some stuff that got stolen:
Xbox 360 premium (they wouldnt have the box or headset)with: 2 wireless remotes, amped 3, top spin 2, pgr, dead rising, nba 2k7,
Sony BRAVIA KLV-S32A10 32" heres a lnk click here
T seems the majority of people that go there are from San Francisco or "Bay Area"
They also took a smaller $400 tv Dont know what kind yet.
My apt. is in Isla vista which is in Goleta which is right next to Santa Barbara.
I already filed a police report. They say alot of things that get stolen in Isla Vista get recoverd as its usualy a student who tends to do it frequently and eventually gets cought... but who knows.
For the record my door was locked but not the window so i hope some of you guys can learn from this and make sure EVERYTHING is locked before leaving for break. (which should of been an obvious thing to do but hey, i forgot..)
Anyway, thanks for your guys's help and wish me luck
