Amazin' how people will read an article , build something that works then call it thier own

Same crap happened with the Marcof MC Head Amp of the '70s.Total rip-off of an article in Audio Magazine by W. M . Leach which was actually highly touted and widely sold !

Anyway , check out the response. Some cool design work there.
Think my Szekeres might be ready for a 6GM8

, can't bring myself to lose the pretty Elna output coupling cap though.

It just LOOKS way too cool !

There are only so many ways to use a tube/mosfet/transistor so I guess all designs are a variation on a theme. But outright plagarism sucks.

BTW-while on this topic

Kinda a neat front end for a Szekeres amp !
Saves on the cost of a HV power supply.

The simplicity is something I really dig. The pcb would be cake to do , heat would be down , a simple 30 VDC 3 A power supply with individual regulation / isolation for each stage-separate heater regulation derived from the same 30 volt ps.

Could be something special.

The inductor loading idea is something I tried and yes it was more efficient , but the resistor (actually a 5 watt pot , one for each mosfet) just sounded more yummy

Plus and I get juiced up just thinking about all that amperage running around in my amp . Sorta/kinda a "real men do current" thing
