Really wish Subaru would bring us the Forester STi though...I'd be first in line for one of those.

well the first step towards that is gonna happen in 08, we're gonna be getting the STI wagon

and add another subie owner to the list, 04 2.5rs with a few minor mods, (23mm rear sway, poltec adjustable endlinks, axxis ultimate pads, grounding kit, sti motor + tranny mounts, kartboy shifter bushings, tires, and a decent sound system) might not have the kick of the turbo, but its fun to toss around in corners, and its what i could afford when i got it

A few guys on www.subaruforester.org have done just that...turned their XT into a clone of the Forester STi.

Last night I filled up on 93 octane for $2.18 at a Chevron

I posted a picture earlier in the thread, but here's another

Very nice! I wanted a WRX in World Rally Blue pretty much since I first saw one. Of course, by the time I was finally able to afford one, I'd changed my mind and decided I wanted the Legacy instead because it's a little bigger and more luxurious (even if the suspension is kinda soft for a sport sedan, but it's a great road car). No WRB paint color offered on the Legacy though, too bad

If they ever come out with a twin-turbo H6 Legacy in WRB, I'll be digging through my couch cushions for spare change

It's costing me about $10-12 less per fillup now than what I was paying just two months ago, which is really nice. Fortunately, I only drive maybe 100-150 miles a week, so getting somewhat low mileage and having to use premium hasn't really been a wallet buster.
