Is it normal to have recurring dreams about my ex girlfriends?

What... I havent seen these people in like over 7-8 years?
They're not erotic, violent ... or anything really interesting. Just us doing day to day stuff?

I'm friekin' out... just a little

I don't know if I'd say any dream is really normal or abnormal. My guess is that some part of you misses that time in your life... Not that you miss her (or them) nescessarily but there is something that you felt then that you don't now and you long for it... Your brain thus seeks to recreate what you miss.

Or there could be a ton of other possible explanations. Dream analysis is tricky.

I dream about ex's all the time...normal to me.

Before I ask a girl out on a first date I sometimes think what she would look like in a dream just to know what I MIGHT be dealing with in the future..lol

The worest is when your current girlfriend is in a dream doing somethin an old ex did to you (insert your examples here)...I wake up sometimes after those thinking "What? I hope this girl doesnt do this to Tony,Scott,Herberto,Mike,Ryan,Johnny...wait I havent talked to those guys in years..lol"

Perfectly normal my ex sometimes appears in my dreams but I would class them more as "nightmares" when she makes an appearance.

i've seen pictures of your old GFs. when i can wikipedia one for her italian body of work, i can see why she would pop up in a dream or two

You can see what I mean by "nightmares" from this picture, they say love is blind man I must have been truly in love or ****faced off my head looking back
