Note to Head-Fi Newbies (and not so newbies)

If you're just starting out at Head-Fi, one of the cool places to get a start is in the Full Reviews sections (found within each of the three Equipment Category Forums). You will find very well-written, thorough reviews by some of our members that may answer some of your questions, or just give you a new point of view to consider.

I have added hyperlinks in each of the reviews in the Full Reviews sections that will lead you to the original thread, so that you can see the post-review discussions that took place. You can even add your own statements/questions to the thread this way, and thus bring the thread to the top for still further discussion.

NOTE: As of 08-18-2001 16:05 EST, I have not finished hyperlinking the Full Reviews in the Portable Audio section yet, but will finish those shortly. All of the reviews in the other two equipment forums are hyperlinked to their original threads.

Another cool feature that you should be aware of is the "Show a Printable Version" button at the bottom of every open thread. Clicking this will give you a nice text version of the thread you're in for easy and neat printing.

Hey, that "printable version" feature is cool! Thanks, Jude!

I echo MacDEF's sentiments.....
