can't i download full skins, with buttons, fonts etc. ?

Foobar2000 really isn't designed for ease of use. It's essentially for programmers and the technically inclined that like to tweak their own stuff. While its not extremely complicated, foobar2000 is definitely for those that like to adjust everything themselves. So there really aren't skinpacks out there, at least not columns UI type stuff. I believe there are skins like foo_looks or something. But generally you need to get custom buttons, a columns ui .fcs file, and then set up all the panels that you want. (like album art.) Alternatively, there are people on the hydrogen audio forums that make their entire setups available for download.
