I have just discovered a strange issue with my DT770's. When my music hits low frequencies (<80Hz), there is a strange rattling in the left driver. By reproducing these notes with a spectrum analyzer, the rattling gets louder as the frequencies drop. However, I noticed by pinching the earcup, I can make the rattling go away, so I am lead to believe that my driver may be a hair loose. Can I just fix this with some adhesive like Blue-Tak or something like that? Anyone have any experience on this?

Could be a loose wire in there.

the left earcup has a little PCB thats glued to the housing that could have come loose. There is a white fabric ring in each earcup thats stapled together... possible the staple is rattling in there. The fabric ring provides damping for the drivers, and tightens the bass response.

Theres some metal clips in there to secure the jumper wires... maybe those are loose?

You'll have to pull them apart to get into the earcup.

I opened the housing and took a look, but I don't have a PCB on mine. Also, all the wires are securely soldered; nothing looks or feels loose.
