The headphone jack on my ZM is NOT broken (yet?). But I picked up a Cardas HPI mini-mini IC & I've noticed the plug on the cable doesn't want to stay firmly in the jack. It invariably pops out just slightly, but enough to interrupt the signal. I can push it back in & it stays for a minute or so, but any movement seems to result in the cable/plug popping out again. I haven't done any close inspection yet to try to figure out what the problem is, but I wondered if anyone has suggestions about different ICs/plug designs that work better with the ZM. The Cardas works fine with my PCDP & with my amp -- no problems there at all.
