hooking a mic up to the 1212M

Hey I need some advice on how to hook a mic with a 3.5mm jack to the EMU 1212M so i can join this Call of Duty clan. They say I cant join unless i have a mic so I guess I need to get onto this now.

Is there a mic i could use that would be balanced 6.55mm or can i order some plugs etc.

You can't use a mic with 1212m unless you buy a seperate mic pre-amp.

Your best options are, use onboard sound mic input (if you have it), or just go buy a USB microphone.
