NEW Sennheiser HD-700!

I just picked up a pair of the NEW top-of-the-line Sennheiser HD-700 dynamic headphones at a dealer while on vacation in Hamburg! MSRP is 750 EUROS, and they're worth it!

I didn't know they even existed, since they are not shown anywhere on the internet. They haven't even been posted to the Sennheiser site yet! The German dealer had just received his first shipment of 25 pairs the morning I went to his shop.

Mine are serial #0503000017. I do not have a digital camera, so no pics yet. I'll see if I can borrow one from my friend Gertrude.

Sennheiser sucks. They haven't made a good headphone since the HD580, everything after that has been pure crap. I'm not sure they even know how to make a decent headphone anymore, and with their recent move of production facilities to China, they're just going downhill. I don't know why everyone's hyping them so much, Grados are a million times better, and anyone who isn't deaf knows it.

You haven't heard the HD 700! If this headphone isn't worth the hype, I really don't know anymore...

I got mine today, and right now it's burning in.
