Hi. I am under planning to build two cmoy amps for my portable and PC.

The one for my portable shall be small and I want it to have long batterylife, so
I has decided to omit the LED, TLE2426CLP shall also be used.
The volumecontrol will not be used on my portable since the CDplayer has volumecontrol.

What is other options to extend battery life?
Reduce gain? ( I have thought about about between 4-7 or so)
Other size of capaticors/resistors?

I have checked a bit about opamps, and have decided for opa2277, and will use
it if I like the sound. If not, I has to switch, but I hope that the opamp is good enought!

opa2134 uses 5 mA (max)
opa2277 uses ±790 μA (max 825 μA)
opa627 uses 7-7.5 mA (want to use in the PC-cmoy)

One 9V will be used. (alcaline, later I will attempt to use NiMH with DIY-charger).

(sorry for my messy english, a while ago I have written some english!)
