Have you tried Truthear Hexa and Sound Rhyme SR5? Those would be very interesting to compare. How do you like the shells? Do they hold good inside your ears? I feel like my HEXA don't have a good grip and they're wobbly. It feels like they only get the grip from the eartips. Truthear Zero Red got bigger shells and aren't as wobbly as Hexa.

Hi @helloh3adfi I have not tried the SR5, but I have the HEXA, and the Kara and HEXA are quite similar in shell shape (oblique triangular design).

The HEXA is a bit less long in the nozzle, but I don't get fit issues with both (YMMV as we have different ear anatomy). The KARA is a bit thicker in width too.

Do you recommend balanced for Kara due to it harder to drive?

Hi @RejectedName yes generally balanced sources may give more power and the Kara benefits from this.

Great review and regarding to aful 5.. It's somewhat a relief to find out that there is still a person who hears and evaluates things almost in an identical way as I do.

Thank you for the in depth and great review. In terms of technicalities, how does it fair against it's much older sibling, the Oxygen?
