Yes, I agree, especially since I may have an HPA-2 USB coming my way, and have heard only discouraging words until this. Will pair it with k601 and DT250-250. Sounds exciting!

Agreed with you on all points.  I just plugged in my HD800 into the M-Stage HPA-2 USB and was totally impressed.  For less than $300, this is an excellent entry level amp that punch way beyond its weight especially for higher impedance phones such as the Sennn HD-800.

Wanted to ask if either you guys knew if this sounds good with the HD600s and or the DT880s/
