I should have mentioned P8 here more, but I think it's a bit of an unfair comparison in way due to the price difference of 220 vs 369. I think the gaps are huge in details in between the two. Maybe not miles apart but this is akin to the P5. Very solid, very nice but more of a nice starter iem. Like if you have the P8 or better, I don't see how this is an improvement on anything. I see this as a nice neutral iem for maybe gaming or for those who want a nice style. I just don't see this as a destroyer of worlds, but a very solid option that is shocking and nice at the price. Nice build quality and nothing wrong with it, just doesn't have the stage or resolution of more expensive iems. The 220 feels right, whereas in the P8 the 369 feels like you are robbing them.
For your scale, I'd go 4.5 for Tonality, 3.5 for resolution, 3.5 for percussion rendering, and a 4 for spatial. Overall like a 4, solid but not game-changing at least for me. @o0genesis0o
To my ears the detail that planars provide sounds flat and not as exciting and exagerated like BA detail. As soon as my Quintet arrives I can compare it to my DD and DD+BA sets.
