yup that is pretty much how I would describe it, too. it does scale well with good DAC/amp, too. tried it with the AK120 recently and yeah it is a lot better than from an iPad.

yes its price dropped just a little before christmass, not sure if its a holiday drop (chinese new year must be soon) or a new permanent. either way its current pricse makes it a steal.
