Thanks for the review. The biggest question in my mind is how the m903 compares to the Benchmark DAC1 (PRE or HDR) which costs about the same. I like some of the features of the m903 better, but the DAC1 is hard to beat in terms of sound quality. I wonder if the m903 can match or exceed it.

Why didn't you use high quality music files for the listening tests, like lossless FLAC or WAVE ?
IMHO, using MP3 @160 kbps for testing a high quality audio gear is equal to testing a Formula One on a forest road !
That removes all credibility to your listening tests !
Moreover the USB driver in the Grace is one of the best asynchronous drivers available (Thesycon). Another good reason to use high quality files !!!
