I agree.  
My family and I had some Bose products from yesteryear and there is a downgrade in quality over the decades that is significant.  

I have the QC25, I am a frequent long haul flyer, and I think my rep here speaks for itself.  Whilst I haven't reviewed my own pair yet - I cannot disagree any more vehemently with this "review".  Whilst the poster is entitled to his own opinion, I would advise anyone reading this to take it with a huge grain of salt. And the noise cancellation IMO is world class.

I agree with Brooko. Probably the best buy you can do for frequent flyers for USD299. Supreme comfort , fantastic noise isolation & to my ears good sounding (like a USD150/200 headphones)
