Great review. Agree with most of your points. Love that it is non-fatiguing. These are my end-alls. I take it with me everywhere in the neat tin can.

I LOVE the design, and from a listening perspective (I also consider studio perspectives) this checks all my boxes. Still, I can't get over this design; subtle retrofuturism is irresistible!

Great Review. I want this IEM, but a lot of extra cost to be shipped to Spain, so I have reduced my list to 3, and you own 2 of them:
HIFIMAN RE-600
Etymotic ER4-PT
Aurisonics Rockets

I am looking for best combination of noise isolating (air and tren travel) and sound quality together with the on who better fits on small ears (I always use small or medium tips).
Could you please tell how these 3 compares in size; looking at photos it seems RE-600 is much bigger than ER4-PT, and Rockets should be the smallest.

I listen 70% rock, 30% jazz, connected to a Audioquest DragonFly v1.2 (I will have in 2 months a iFI micro iDSD)

Which is your opinion? Thank in advance.

@almarti Sorry for the very late response, I had been away from Head-Fi for awhile. Not sure if you've already made up your mind on those IEMs, but here is my opinion to your question:

First up in terms of isolation. Nothing will ever come close to the ER4 isolation. I have gone through a lot of IEMs including customs and nothing isolates as well as the ER4 (I use the tai-flange silicone tips). The ER4 are a godsend for long haul flights and travel as they completely (may I emphasize completely) block out ambient noise. One of the reasons why the ER4 sounds so great is because the isolation they provide, extending the dynamic range of your music.

In terms of size. I'd say the ER4 and Rockets are about the same size. The RE-600 is slightly larger due to the wider nozzle size, it also fits less securely for me out of the 3 as it doesn't sit inside the ear canal. Technically, i'd say the RE-600 is an earbud, and not a true in-ear. I also have relatively small ears and tend to use small tips.

Now this is where the dilemma arises. From what you've said, you seem to be a fan of rock. Depending on your preferences in bass quantity, you may find that the ER4 and Rockets lacking in bass quantity. The RE-600 has slightly more bass and a wider soundstage out of the 3. But if it was for jazz, i'd pick the ER4 simply because it is extremely resolving and has an accurate representation of instruments. The Rockets I feel are a mid-way point between the RE-600 and ER4.

If I were to sum up their aspects:
Isolation: ER4 >> Rockets > RE-600
Bass: RE-600 > ER4 = Rockets (ER4 bass will improve if converted to ER4S)
Mids: Rockets > ER4 > RE-600 (RE-600 mids are laid back and less 'in your face')
Treble: ER4 > RE-600 > Rockets
Fit: ER4 > Rockets > RE-600
Durability: Rockets >> ER4 > RE-600 (RE-600 construction feels cheap IMO)

Hope this was informative!
