These are much more transparent in comparison. The Black and red are much warmer. These don't have as much bass bleed to other frequencies, and have much more pronounced highs.

Are you sure you got a good seal when listening to them? I found them to have PLENTY of bass, maybe even a bit too much. You might want to experiment with tips to see if you can get a better seal. I am confident this would change your opinion of their bass response.

No problem with the seal. Maybe I wasn't clear, or you got me wrong somehow. There is plenty of bass, I just don't consider those phones to be very bass, and the bass does not get to sub-bass frequencies like some other earphones.
