Want to check your headphones/speakers' ability to resolve bass detail?
works fine on my B&W CM9's . My pro 900's on loan or I'd test those too. But for the most part I doubt they'd have trouble with this track.- ABathingApe

JH-13 pro:Just Feeling it. Epilogue...
From what I've read the JH13's sound great even out of an ibasso D10. You definitely have learned that with revealing headphones, the sound is only as good as the source. And in reality, you'd never pay 1300+ bucks for something that isn't that analytic. Hopefully you can get a dac/amp combo...- ABathingApe

Does anyone have any experience with these? I'm considering a pair of RX8's over some B&W 600 series.- ABathingApe

ARCHOS 5 Internet Tablet !
A custom LOD would be great. I know the Archos' can get those media docks with multiple outputs. For a while there I was considering the one with the optical out so I could feed my D10 while I still had it. I wondering if Archos would ever consider making a dock with a separate class D amp...- ABathingApe

HD595 or HD600 both ampless?
I've heard HD650's unamped and they sounded "ok". I've also heard 595's unamped and sonically I can't recall that large of a difference between them unamped. Both were fairly neutral. Amped mind you, the 650's do really start to show their muscle. I think if the price isn't an issue, get the...- ABathingApe
