If you still love Etymotic ER4, this is the thread for you...
Hi there. There's a lot of information in this thread about setting up my ER4P's for the Westone bluetooth connector with an MMCX connector adaptor. Could someone please point me to an easy way to purchase what is needed to make this bluetooth system work with my ER4P's. Ta. I'm in Australia...- jcotteri

Review : Sennheiser HD 25-1 II
I have had my first problem with these cans after some 6 years or more of fairly constant use and being banged around clubs and public transport. One ear has become rather dull all of a sudden. I suspect a driver/connection problem, but I'm not 100% sure. Can anyone comment on this...- jcotteri

White looks good, but too showy for me. I prefer nice and plain old black. I like the Senn logo as well.- jcotteri

Denon D7000 Review!
Nothing to do with the headphones, just a CD recommendation. If you enjoy the Cello then I must recommend that you try something that isn't so sterile and perfect. Try one :) Elgar: Cello Concerto / Sea Pictures & Jacqueline du Pre: Haydn - Cello Concertos Nos.1 & 2; Boccherini ...- jcotteri

Hmm I would say they on a scale of 1-10, 10 being Denon d7000 (lets stick with something familiar) and 1 being say Sennheiser PX 200-IIi (smallest I could think of). I say they sit around a 3.5 or so.- jcotteri

I said a bit bulky :P but yes in comparison they are not bulky compared to the D7000.. ;) They are however bulky when compared to IEM's :P- jcotteri

Review by 'jcotteri' on item 'Etymotic Research ER6i Isolator In-Ear Earphones (Black)'
I loved these buds to bits, they were the perfect everyday headphone. Small and light and comfortable and barely protruded past the outside of your ears. I like the fact that no one can really see them easily.. Very handy and they were well suited for running. I miss mine, unfortunately they...- jcotteri

Review by 'jcotteri' on item 'PL50 In-ear Headphones'
These and the PL30 are terrible quality buds, I went through both of them in less than 8 months. Both times they failed they left me in an awkward position where I really needed earbuds for working. Thus I would rate these as highly undesirable as I prize reliability and quality most. ...- jcotteri

Review : Sennheiser HD 25-1 II
^I frequently miss my phone which is about 1.5 m away with the HD's on. The sound isolation is good, but not perfect of course.- jcotteri

Review : Sennheiser HD 25-1 II
Yeah I think they are good for sound isolation, but of course there are much better options out there. I would consider an in ear for isolation on a plane/train before these purely because they are bulky. Something small and nondescript like the etymotic er6i woud be perfect...- jcotteri

Great review. I completely agree, these cans are indestructible. They have served me well over the years and will continue too into the future. Most suitable can for DJ'n as well.- jcotteri
