It was gently used, not refurb. And thanks for the advice. I don't really need a DAC. I may be going for the ibasso T3- grifforama

iBasso T3D or D4 ?
I'm only going for the XXS after reading several glowing reviews of the sound. The T3 does look nice, but it appears the XXS has the edge for sound quality ?- grifforama

iBasso T3D or D4 ?
I've been trawling the forums for a while now, and for the money, I think the D4 is probably one of the best choices as far as I can see. I'm just concerned how big it is ? Is it truly a portable amp ? I have an ipod classic, and the T3D looks to be the more "portable" style of amp, but the...- grifforama

~$200 to play with, recommendations?
I too had about the same amount of Money to spend, and I did a lot of research. I finally bought a Little Dot Mk. 1 off ebay for 120 bucks. It's absolutely awesome, still burning in, and getting better all the time. Highly recommended.- grifforama

First Foray into Headphone Amps.
Hi, Can I first add what a great forum this is, and it's given me a lot of information for my initial stab at a headphone amp. As I'm a newbie, I thought I'd stick to a fairly sensible budget, and that's going to be max $200. So from my investigations, the 3 amps I'm thinking of are (in no...- grifforama
