My Mee Matrix 2's are about dead, I want something cheap.  Whatever they are they must be able to talk a phone call.  I have been looking at some Sony 330's but am open to suggestions.

It didnt cut in half but put a gash in it and they dont work now, can I fix this?

I was just trimming my hedges and the cord slipped out and got cut by the trimmers.  I really hope these can be fixed

I was on slickdeals.net and there was a post about 50% off Audiotechnica ATH M50's coiled.  By the time I saw it they were gone but I searched for straight cable and was able to get a set for 50 bucks, pretty excited considering I was about to order the JVC HA-S500's for about the same!

I tried getting a solid answer a couple times in the has thread with no luck so maybe I can get one here. For those who have both which do you like better and why?

I like checking out budget headphones from time to time and this place always has a set that people are hyping to the moon and back, was just curious what the latest was.  The last set I bought was the Panasonics from last year that were 30 or so on amazon, what have I missed and what is new?

My 700's tore up and I am very pleased with them.  Before I buy these do you have any others you could recommend that are similarly priced?  I have had the Panasonic 600's and like those but want to try something different, I am tempted to get the monoprice headphones.  No ear buds

It is a cheap pair of Turtle Beach X1's.  The cord is cut in half between the volume/mute control box and the headphones, can this be fixed and I do not have a soldering gun, just electrical tape.
