Review Tago Studio T3-01
Hi, just want to ask, what’s the name of the tripowin cable model you used? I just bought a tripowin grandvia cable (dual 3.5 to 4.4mm) and I couldn’t fit the dual plug to my tago. Edit: my mistake, missed the t3-03 part, seems like i need to either get 4.4mm cable from tago’s store or peel the...- KopiCPeng

THE WATERCOOLER HEADPHONE EDITION – Headphones, Amps, DACs, and desktop/home audio related – a freewheeling discussion of gear, impressions, music, and musings.
Been reading up on open Vs closed back headphone recently and thinking on getting Hifiman Deva pro on my next trip based on reviews and user comments. Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent open back with deva pro budget ($180 - $200ish)?- KopiCPeng

Does anyone have a recommendation for a budget DAP that can stream apple music and spotify? Am currently planning to get one for my brother, my budget probably sub-300 usd (based on my current consideration on getting Sony NW-A306 or Hiby R4) Thanks In Advance!- KopiCPeng

THE WATERCOOLER HEADPHONE EDITION – Headphones, Amps, DACs, and desktop/home audio related – a freewheeling discussion of gear, impressions, music, and musings.
Just upgraded my audio set last month from iem to Tago T3-01 headphone, and my new headphone blew my mind on how different my music feels. Question to fellow headphone users here, does open back headphones sounds very different from closed back ones and are they worth to get? stumbled on few...- KopiCPeng

SONY NW-ZX700
Quick question, Been listening to my ZX-707 for a month now. I noticed that if I used high gain mode, My music would sound more impactful but feels like losing certain details over the normal gain. Is this just my ears not used to my new set or are there times where you would not use high gain...- KopiCPeng

Review Tago Studio T3-01
Been a great week, my tago and new ZX707 came in the same time. With Direct source and High gain mode, t3-01 somehow makes the song I tried sounds very different Vs my Aria SE and buds (headphone and earphone, yeah, I know)- KopiCPeng

Forgot to ask this in my original post, but does anyone uses Tago Studio T3-01 headphones here? Is 707 uncapped version strong enough to drive it?- KopiCPeng

SONY NW-ZX700
Quick question, Should I format my new SD card for 707 in the DAP itself or there is no need for that process? Previously my Hiby R2 II need to re-scan the entire folder after putting my songs in the sd card as I used card adaptor to make the file transfer faster, which then I just move my...- KopiCPeng

Review Tago Studio T3-01
Got some questions for Tago users in this thread as I am planning to get T3-01 >_<: Anyone tried running Tago T3-01 with sony ZX-707 before? is it strong enough to drive the model or do I need to get an amplifier? would the 4.4mm cable be recommended over the 3.5mm that comes with the...- KopiCPeng

Yeah, it is available in Indonesia, but the reviews I read about the Simgot EM6-L model had me worried on the mid (I love being able to listen to the song lyrics clearly) and treble, as some review mentioned the tuning for those area seems a bit over and fatiguing. also, seems like the tuning is...- KopiCPeng

Sadly Unable to consider both Myer Audio and PULA as both are not available in my country (Thx to our trade minister restricting import goods). Review wise, I think I might consider Aria 2 instead of Kato, thanks for the recs. Might have to travel to jakarta to find an audio store to test both...- KopiCPeng
