How well do they stay in? Does it feel like after some time they start to slip out?

Would love to know if these stay in better than the stock ear tips. Airpod pros would always slip out for me no matter what tip I tried.

I appreciate the resources and your thoughts! Glad to hear the Technics have on par ANC. The fit was a struggle for me on the Sonys, so hopefully the Technics are better, but they do seem to have the same bulbous shape.

Soo past couple days my left earbud kept disconnecting and reconnecting. I've reset it twice, messed around with settings and devices (iPhone and Windows PC) and finally gave up and contacted Sony. Gonna return this pair to them and they'll send over a new set. But honestly might not even open...

I've been having the same issues and have started to try other tips. The ones included were good but they eventually started to slide out and not feel secured. Would you say they are thicker? Is the NC better than with the spinfits? I have both the spinfits you mentioned and while they conform...

The difference in sound quality w and w/o ANC I can understand. The pressure it can cause in some peoples ears might have a negative impact on sound as well as experience. But being logged into the app… idk about that one

Interesting you mention it being uncomfortable for side sleepers because as an avid side sleeper, they are pretty comfortable for me. Watching youtube videos or movies doesn't make my ears sore. Of course, everyones different, so ymmv.

Looks like walkmanblogs has been shutdown. If it's believed to be Sony that has requested the site be taken down, they may not have liked them leaking the XM5's and might mean the release date is close.

The Walkman Blog has reported they could be announced as early as this month, June. Considering the number of leaks that have started to come out recently, it sounds about right.

Excited to replace my Beats Fit Pro with these. Lighter, smaller, and look more comfortable than the XM4.
