I find the Moondrop Spring tips to be fairly grippy. I use these on my Grand Maestro which has a giant nozzle. You might give those a shot. They are pretty easy to find online.

HiBy confirmed that my unit is defective. MuiscTeck will be getting me a replacement. Shipping out the old one today. Will report back once the new unit is in, and this time I'll be sure to test all the ports right away.

MusicTeck appears to be reputable from my experiences and they have a good reputation on this forum from what I can tell. All I was trying to say is that I was going to contact them to try and get the warranty process started.

Agree on the neutral/warm sound presentation with this DAP which is why I figured this would be a great pairing. Glad to hear you enjoy it.

In general, you'll get more battery life out of the 3.5mm than the 4.4mm simply because of the power output being more on the 4.4mm. I don't have any numbers for comparison as of this time.
