Do they go very deep into the ears? And I recall people complaining about the original xelastec being difficult to remove. I wonder if version 2 fixed it.

I asked earlier in the week along with couple of other questions, but got nothing for that particular question from customer support. Customer support might not be at liberty to say or may not know from leadership. My guess is they might be trying to saturate the Asian market before releasing it...

There is warranty if I'm willing to spend $30 to ship it to Japan and $30 more to ship it back. It doesn't even include the turnaround period that could take a few weeks. I don't know about custom fees either. We will find out once Pixel gets his. I sent an email back to Aviot earlier today...
