Hi there, Which IEM and headphones seem to be the best paired with the DX260? I use the Dunu Titan S as IEM and the sound is too bright for my taste. To a lesser extent, it's the same for my Hifiman Sundara. It can be fixed with the use of the equalizer but I would prefer, at least for my IEM...

I have also the DX170 and I'm thinking of falling for the DX260 :). Do you hear a big difference between them?

For that I'm using the "Hiby Musique" player app. One app is in Controller mode on the Android phone and the other one in Server mode on the DAP. You should may be look also at the BubbleUPnP app. I let someone else confirm this app works because I don't use it on this way

Hello, I'm lost :thinking:. Why this firmware is working with the DX170 and what is new comparatively to the 1.05 firmware?

Could you tell why most people recommand USB Audio Player Pro as player? Unfortunately I tried the trial version and it doesn't work at all on my DX170. So I'm using Poweramp (pro) that I like a lot for its equalizer. I'm also using BubbleUPnP to listen my musical library from my streamer.

I agree, it improves a lot the responsiveness of the DX170. I use almost the same tweaking except the use of the dark theme and the decrease of brightness. The most important parameters to modify are in my case these 3 parameters that I have disabled : Drawing > .........Window animation scale...

Thanks for your tweaking :) I have also disabled/uninstalled non useful apps for my use but I can't see really a difference in terms of speed. The best results is obtained by disabling window animation scale, transition animation scale and animator duration rate. Like you, I will test to limit...
