Windows vs Mac
I agree that it drains so much energy, I don't go as far as I used to with it. I do try to do simple things like switching my browser since its something I install once and then it just works. Privacy is not easy these days for sure.- carbonchris

Windows vs Mac
Personally I would recommend LibreWolf over Waterfox, Waterfox was sold in 2020 to an ad company, System1- carbonchris

The synergy between Mac hardware and software is unmatched by competitors, in my opinion.- carbonchris

Hifiman Sundara (HE400i upgraded, around $500)
Build quality but more so QC is not exactly HIFIMAN's strong point, I had to replace the pads quickly on my Sundara since the glue fell apart quickly- carbonchris

Nice to meet you
Welcome, I feel you with not having space to play music loudly, I can't use speakers or even my Sundara in my own room. I'm quite envious of those who have their own living space with no one around lol- carbonchris

Hifiman Sundara (HE400i upgraded, around $500)
I found it being advertised as a 2022 model here as well: https://www.minidisc.com.au/hifiman-sundara-2022-neo-supernano-magnetic-planar-headphones Interesting as I have not heard any talk about this.- carbonchris

Post your computer specs!~
Ryzen 7 1700x, 8GB DDR4, 112GB SATA SSD, 1TB HDD, 2TB M.2 NVME SSD, GTX 1070 I use a 1440p 144hz screen, but 1080p gives around +20 fps I would like to upgrade my system, since the gaming performance on 1440p isn't that excellent, but I'm very worried in regards to power consumption on RTX 4000...- carbonchris

Nintendo switch.. still worth it?
The steam deck is a better value now for sure, since you can install emulators and play games from multiple consoles. I would only get a switch if you care about Nintendo switch online.- carbonchris

MOTU M2
I also had this issue on Linux, (opensuse tumbleweed) although there was no sound for only a second or two. On windows with drivers installed I don't run into this issue. Sometimes the output from the quarter inch will crackle, but this can be fixed by just plugging in my headphones again- carbonchris

How do the CCA CRA stack up against the competition ?
The stock tips had made my ears ring a lot, after I switched to spring tips this didn't happen as much. I seem to be the only one with this strange issue- carbonchris

How do the CCA CRA stack up against the competition ?
Definitely deserves more recognition, I much prefer the CRA to the chu. I find the fit on the CRA much better, and it has a detachable cable. I did switch out to spring tips since I found the stock tips to be unpleasant.- carbonchris
