Sony IER-M9 impressions thread
I have the XBA-N3 and the IER-M7 (somewhat similar to M9, less air). The N3 is definitely more fun than the M7; the bass hits hard, with plenty of decay, sounding like a real DD. You will feel more bass presence but also more fun and excitement in the mid-range and treble as well. That said, the...- vietzerg

What's going on with people having one ear piece losing sound or sounding different to the other ear piece? A dynamic driver can't seem to fail so easily. Or maybe it's a problem with the connector.- vietzerg

Precog's IEM Reviews & Impressions
When I first listened to the Meteor, I instantly felt that it was so similar to the N3 (in terms of bass tuning). However, the treble on the N3 seems a bit more sparkly.- vietzerg

Precog's IEM Reviews & Impressions
Glad to see some bassy IEMs that Precog tried at CanJam NYC. Speaking of bass, I've been listening to the XBA-N3 and the magic is still there, hard to believe.- vietzerg

Exceptional in Every Detail: Say Hello to the IE 600
Yes, I'm sure I got a good seal. I'm just saying the IE600 sounds thin compared to the ones I frequently used before having it :) There's one IEM sounding even thinner than the IE600: JVC HA-FDX1. The JVC has less bass and more upper-mid than the IE600.- vietzerg

Exceptional in Every Detail: Say Hello to the IE 600
The perception may vary depending on what IEM you listened to before trying the IE600. For example, the IE600 sounds thinner than my Sony XBA-N3 and IER-M7 :D Currently using Final E tips on my IE600.- vietzerg
